Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302 (F) (1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we MODIFY the judgment of the Court of Appeals in the following respect: on REMAND, the WCAC shall recalculate death benefits using the formula set forth in Weems v Chrysler Corp, 448 Mich. 679 (1995). In all other respects the application for leave to appeal is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
